YORI is a domestic sustainable gin brand born with the concept of 'Bringing new life to the deliciousness of the region.' Aiming to reduce food waste in the community, it upcycles fruits and vegetables that cannot be shipped due to imperfections as botanicals for gin, transforming them into a 'sustainable gin that addresses social issues through the use of local ingredients.'

Using 11 types of botanicals mainly sourced from Kumquat, Osmanthus, and Japanese black tea harvested in Numazu City. To enhance the sweetness, ingredients like apple and maple are also included. Additionally, a unique feature is that it undergoes smoking during the storage phase, allowing you to enjoy the smoky aroma as the name suggests.
This is a juicy and bitter gin made with plenty of orange peel. It uses 12 types of botanicals, featuring the tart and refreshing Valencia orange, and the sweet and aromatic navel orange. Additionally, by adding spices that enhance the orange aroma, it achieves a deliciousness that is not just fruity but also has a gin-like firmness.
Key botanical is the fruit of the camellia that blooms on the island. It has a soft texture, a gentle aroma with a sense of concentration, and a unique and harmonious flavor created by various botanicals. First, I recommend experiencing the landscape's aroma straight, and once you fully appreciate the scent, I suggest trying it as a gin soda.
The sweet aroma of botanicals, perfectly paired with sweet summer oranges and elderflower, spreads beautifully when poured into a glass, making it a craft gin that even beginners can enjoy. Based on the 'Classic' that embodies the spirit of gin-making from 'Tokyo Hachiojin', the alcohol content is slightly reduced, highlighting a refreshing and vibrant aroma, allowing for a light and enjoyable experience.
The term 'ohoro' means 'to continue' in the Ainu language. This gin, born in the Niseko region, was created with the hope that it will be cherished by many and continue for eternity. The 'ohoro GIN Standard' is clear and smooth, yet has a solid flavor with a light citrus aroma.
Using rice spirits made from rice and incorporating botanicals such as gyokuro, yuzu, red pine, and sansho, which are unique to Japan, along with soft and finely textured underground water from Fushimi. Enjoy a clean taste that adds the essence of 'Wa' to the London dry style with a hint of juniper berries.
The concept is 'gin crafted by a restaurant.' This fresh botanical gin uses locally sourced fruits, hops and coffee beans from an on-site brewery and roastery, along with eight types of botanicals unique to the restaurant and gin lees shochu.
A gin featuring 'Sakurajima Komikan' as the main botanical. Sakurajima Komikan is a small mandarin orange grown on the active volcano 'Sakurajima' in Kagoshima, known for its rich aroma and sweetness. This craft gin, made abundantly with the fragrant small mandarin, spreads a gentle citrus aroma the moment you take a sip.
A refreshing craft gin with a slightly menthol flavor made using Akita cedar leaves and five types of botanicals. It features a fresh aroma reminiscent of a forest bath. Please enjoy it while relaxing your mind, imagining the rich forests of Akita.
Thoroughly pursuing the flavor that best matches lamb, we add shiso, which pairs well with the meat, along with seven types of herbs to create a refreshing aftertaste. It can be enjoyed on the rocks, as a gin soda, or in a gin and tonic. This is a recommended drink even for beginners of distilled spirits.
