Enjoy all the attractions of Tsukiji Japan Sea at once! The eight-course menu includes "five kinds of nigirizushi and maki sushi" such as tuna chutoro (medium fatty tuna) and boiled conger eel directly from Yonekawa Suisan, steamed egg custard in seafood broth, three kinds of seasonal fish, seared young chicken, and braised flatfish. Fried seafood, salad with fresh vegetables, shellfish soup, and seasonal ice cream are also included, making it a high-cost item that can be enjoyed by a small group.
This special course is a must for sushi lovers. A total of eight pieces of sushi and maki sushi will be served, including tuna medium fatty tuna, salmon roe and sea urchin yam gunkan, steamed prawns, and cooked conger eel. The supporting dishes, such as "Tiger Prawn and Conger eel Tempura" and "Gindara Grilled Cod Marinated in Saikyo Miso," also play a prominent role in the menu! The 9-course menu also includes seasonal sashimi of fresh white fish and crab soup, all prepared with the skill of our chefs.
