A gastronomic experience starting with Japanese tea and Japanese sweets will be offered. Bouraf Dmitry, who has won the 3rd prize at the World Sake Tasting Competition, will offer a gastronomy experience based on BIO / SPARKLING / PREMIUM / CRAFT, with sake and sake snacks carefully selected from all over Japan.
