We use ultra-high purity ice 'Misato Ice Room' and lemons directly sourced from Ikuchijima Island in Hiroshima Prefecture. The base spirit is infused with lemons and aged for over two weeks, then served mixed with ultra-carbonated water.
You can refill the Naka until the pure ice is two-thirds gone. Please leave the judgment to the staff.
