A new steak menu featuring 'Boston Butt', which is widely distributed in America, has arrived. It includes shoulder loin with marbling and flavorful arm meat, approximately 1.5 times the size of Japanese standard shoulder loin. Specially sourced chilled pork from Canada will be offered at a service price. Please note that the inside of the meat has a slight pink hue, but it has been cooked thoroughly to the center over time, so you can rest assured. If you are concerned, please let us know and we will reheat it for you.
