The "Omakase" course is a unique course at Yamaei where you can fully enjoy seasonal kappo cuisine and items synonymous with Satsuma cuisine, such as kibinago, satsuma-age, pork bone dishes, etc.
The "Kuroge Wagyu Shabu Shabu Course" consists of an approximately 80g slice of carefully selected Kagoshima black beef lower loin, served with our secret ponzu and thick sesame sauce. Shabu-shabu vegetables are prepared with seasonal vegetables. In between dishes, you will be served with a little bit of the witty cooking that only a kappo restaurant can offer. The final dish is our famous rice gruel made with sea bream in a tidal soup.
