The owner, a former sushi chef, will serve the best seafood rice bowl and Hitachi-Aki Soba, the highest grade of Gen soba.
A bowl generously topped with popular seafood such as medium fatty tuna, salmon, scallops, salmon roe, and minced tuna, overflowing from the dish. Crafted by a chef with sushi-making experience, this premium seafood bowl offers both visual appeal and satisfying flavor.
This soba is made using Hitachi Aki soba, which is said to be the pinnacle of buckwheat, mixed with chlorella during the noodle-making process, making it healthy, vibrant in color, and delicious.
Please enjoy the tempura, which is crispy fried with our unique tempura batter, featuring shrimp and seasonal vegetables, seasoned with pink salt.
Using high-quality duck breast from Iwate, raised without any antibiotics or synthetic antibacterial agents throughout the entire rearing period, fed with natural feed such as corn and millet.
