The Senmano Fry is made with additive-free breadcrumbs made from southern wheat and natural yeast, giving it a crispy texture. The homemade tartar sauce is a refreshing type with a hint of lemon juice.
We source delicious sashimi from fishing ports in Iwate and Tsukiji Market. We offer a selection of 5-6 varieties based on your preferences.
Crispy tempura made with Nanbu wheat. In spring, we use mountain vegetables and firefly squid, while in winter, we use locally sourced Magari negi and oysters from Ichinoseki. The Hachimantai mushrooms are also popular. Please enjoy the seasonal ingredients.

This is a specialty of the shop owner's hometown, Chikumaya Town. It is very thick and has a firm texture due to being grown on logs. Of course, the aroma is outstanding as well. The deliciousness of the shiitake mushrooms spreads throughout your mouth. It is in season from autumn to spring. Please note that it may be sold out.
Hitashi beans made from the secret beans of Tono. It has a refreshing taste as it contains a little vinegar.
Sea squirts, a summer delicacy, are in season. They are delivered directly from Iwate. We salt them while they are fresh, but if you eat them as sashimi when just caught, they are truly fruity! We share arrival information on social media, so please check it out if you are interested in sashimi.
Udon noodles kneaded with new shoots of pesticide-free cultivated mulberry. It has a firm texture. Served with Iwate local vegetables 'Kuratsubo Kabu' and 'Yasuya Daikon' as condiments.
