Iwai chicken is characterized by its moderate chewiness and rich sweetness. It is raised in the Iwai region of southern Iwate Prefecture. The carefully selected feed includes Iwate-produced wood vinegar, seaweed, and mugwort powder to enhance the meat quality, and it is fed with beneficial bacteria to grow healthy chickens.

This is a Junmai Ginjo unpasteurized sake made using the sake rice 'Sakemirai' developed by Takagi Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture. It is a limited edition that marks the fourth release in 2026. It is crafted to have a juicy and smooth flavor using Ogawa yeast.
