We are particular about the taste and quality of salt, using only carefully selected Mongolian natural rock salt.

A traditional Mongolian steaming and grilling dish where stones are heated until they turn bright red and are placed in a pot to grill the meat using only the heat from the pot and stones. In Mongolia, it is made with lamb, tarbagan (a relative of the prairie dog), and beef, but at Shinkiro, we use luxurious marbled beef. Enjoy the aroma of the grilling meat and its tenderness!
A traditional dish of Inner Mongolian nomads that does not have the unique smell of lamb. The bone-in lamb is simmered for about 3 hours, making the meat so tender that it falls apart with chopsticks! Enjoy the meat finished with the refreshing taste of rock salt, dipped in our homemade special sauce!
