In spring, we have new sake; in summer, summer sake; in autumn, chilled sake; and in winter, warmed sake. We regularly change the brands to match seasonal ingredients. We typically list about 10 different brands. Note: Seasonal sake will be discontinued once the supply runs out.

(Fukuoka) Four times a year, we participate in the sake brewing at Wakatake-ya Sake Brewery in Tanushimaru, Fukuoka, and we serve the sake brewed during that time under the lotus label.

(Fukui Prefecture) The famous sake of Fukui, 'Kokuryu'. We prepare seasonal items and others for replacement.

(Niigata Prefecture) A rare sake from Niigata that is not widely distributed. It is changed according to the season.

(Fukuoka Prefecture) Itoshima, the top producer of Yamada Nishiki rice in Kyushu. A dedicated bottle that is thoroughly particular about this sake rice.

(Shimane Prefecture) A dry sake that is carefully brewed over time, with a commitment to thorough in-house cultivation of sake rice.

(Fukushima Prefecture) A brand that is limited in quantity and sold out is forgiven. A carefully brewed umami-rich sake.

(Mie Prefecture) Hard-to-obtain Erkin. It has a rich flavor and is very popular.

(France Bordeaux Saint-Émilion / Merlot Cabernet Franc Cabernet Sauvignon / Medium Full) A luxurious wine produced by the winemaking team of Château Lafite, a first growth Bordeaux estate. It is elegant and smooth, with rich fruit flavors and a long finish with firm tannins.
