Rare. The availability may change depending on the procurement situation. Please check with the store. We have obtained fresh raw liver from Hokkaido, and it will be served in limited quantities. Our store has a 3D rapid freezing machine, allowing us to provide fresh liver; however, we will refrain from selling to customers who are not feeling well. Since it is limited in quantity, please make your reservation as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot accept orders for liver only.

You can enjoy almost all of the Grand Menu including Perfect Classic, Japanese sake, cocktails, and more! Over 10 types of Japanese sake, including Akaituma and Murasaki no Akaituma, are available!! The all-you-can-drink lasts for 120 minutes, with the last order taken 30 minutes before.
