This all-you-can-drink plan can be used without a course reservation. Alcoholic beverages including draft beer "Sapporo Black Label" and Japanese sake "Hakkaisan" and "Nagaragawa" are 1,500 yen. Non-alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks are 1,000 yen. A seating fee of 300 yen per person will be charged separately. Please order at least two dishes per person.
This course is available only from Monday to Thursday (not available on days before national holidays). This course is a great value for a casual banquet or a gathering of friends. We also offer fried asparagus, fried skewers, and oden, all of which are representative of Hanakushi-an. We hope you will enjoy it.

Every five minutes, we serve a creamy, freshly made yuba that begins to form a thin film, and every twenty-three minutes, we offer a chewy yuba with a rich soy milk flavor that has developed a firm film. Additionally, we have thick yuba that has been dried over a week to concentrate its deliciousness. We are committed to handmade production, taking time and effort to prepare every day. Please enjoy this ultimate oden, which adds the umami of the broth to the original deliciousness of the ingredients.
First and foremost, the classic!! When it comes to Hanakushian's oden, it's the surprisingly large yokozuna-level 'daikon'! Only the freshest, thick, and large ones are carefully selected. To provide only the truly delicious parts of high-quality daikon, we meticulously peel them thickly and only make 1 to 3 pieces from each daikon. Over about 2 to 3 days, we move between three oden pots, each with subtly different flavors. With skilled control of the heat, we thoroughly soak them in our secret oden broth. The large daikon is soft all the way to the core, with the broth's flavor deeply infused, making it a popular dish that you will definitely want to eat again.
