This course features a variety of sumptuous ingredients, including our signature Akita beef "Meat Tofu", assorted fresh fish sashimi directly from the fishing port, steamed sake, roasted Yamagata pork, and more. The course also includes all-you-can-drink draft beer, our famous homemade lemon sour made from whole domestically produced pesticide-free lemons, and Junmai-shu (pure rice wine). Please come and join us after work or for a banquet!
