Baked Lamb Pie 'Maria Callas' Style
A dish that has continued as a specialty of Chef Inoue since his time at Ginza Le Can. Named after the world-renowned opera singer Maria Callas. Lamb, truffle, and foie gras are brought together by the deep flavors of the Périgueux sauce.
I recommend this place to anyone who likes classic French food.
The food is always excellent and traditional, especially the sauces are outstanding.
The service is sophisticated yet friendly, very comfortable, and full of regulars.
The cheese and dessert wagon is a delight, with a wide variety of cheeses and desserts.
I would be more than happy to have another dessert topped with everything.
The restaurant had a spacious and relaxing atmosphere where adults could enjoy their meals at their leisure. The food was lighter in flavor than it looked, not cloying, and made the most of the ingredients. The service of the staff is also unquestionable. I would definitely visit this place again 😊.
