Since 2011, we have been cultivating a field approximately the size of two Tokyo Domes in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. We grow about 50 varieties of vegetables each year. No synthetic agricultural chemicals are used. We practice cultivation without chemical fertilizers. The compost produced from cows raised on organic materials has no foul smell and has a pleasant aroma. We source compost from a circular farm, conduct soil analysis, and apply the appropriate amount to the fields. Additionally, we supplement any lacking trace elements with mineral fertilizers (such as seaweed and organic magnesium). We activate microorganisms and carefully grow crops with vitality.
