Using sake, after much trial and error, we have created a work that allows you to enjoy a rich depth and aroma, as well as a thick and blissful melt-in-your-mouth experience. The filling is made only with azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and sugar. It is an additive-free filling that allows you to taste the original flavor of the azuki beans and their gentle sweetness. Supervised by a sake sommelier, this new sensation dessert also utilizes the aroma and flavor of sake, which changes with the seasons. Recommended pairing: Enjoy pairing with sencha or sweet sake.
