Saika Course The well-balanced lineup includes a seasonal small bowl of cooked food, a three-piece sashimi platter selected by the chef directly from the Toyosu market, fried bamboo rings with isobe, tender chicken sautéed with salt and pepper, and homemade dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). For the main course, you can choose from special mizutaki hot pot with thick Kyushu chicken broth or claypot meat, and finish with udon noodles or large bowls of vegetable yakisoba noodles. 2 hours only on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and days before national holidays.
Hoshikage Course A total of 9 well-balanced dishes including vinegared seared conger eel, Hokkaido corn salad, sashimi, grilled squid, and crispy fried chicken. You can also choose from oboro tofu with mushroom sauce, satsuma nabe with chicken dumplings or grilled tender beef halami skewers for the main course, and udon or yakisoba to finish off the meal. 2 hours only on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and days before national holidays.
Fukuju Course A total of 10 dishes that allow you to enjoy seasonal delicacies such as seared conger eel with refreshing vinegared sauce, healthy salad with lycopene tomatoes and steamed chicken, and a five-piece sashimi platter prepared at the chef's discretion. The menu also includes such delicacies as beef tataki, seasonal tempura, and homemade dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). For the main course, you can choose from either Kyoto-style chanko-nabe or grilled tender beef halami skewers, and we will serve you the final dish as well. 2 hours only on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and days before national holidays.
