This is a reasonably priced standard course that allows you to fully enjoy Sugidama's "niboshi (dried sardines)". You can enjoy the taste of niboshi (dried sardines) such as popular nibokuri (dried chestnuts), nibokyabe (dried cabbage), and Ibuki anchovies, and finish with niboshi soba noodles to satisfy your craving. Recommended for those who want to enjoy Sugidama in a casual atmosphere.
This is a standard course for banquets that offers a good balance of dishes that go well with alcohol and dishes typical of Sugidama. The course includes a wide range of dishes from snacks to satisfying dishes such as Yumeme Potato, Unzen Ham, Namaemon, and Kainabe Fish, and ends with Niboshi Soba Noodles. It is perfect for a drinking party with friends or a banquet for everyday use.
A banquet course of a higher rank that allows you to enjoy the charms of Sugidama in a more luxurious setting. In addition to the standard popular Nibokuri and Yumeme Potato, we have included more memorable dishes such as Tyrant's Head and Baribari-age. This special course is highly satisfying and includes a dessert in addition to the closing dish of niboshi soba (dried noodle).
