Polishing ratio: Koji 55% / Kakemai 60% / Sake meter value: +5 / Acidity: 1.2 / Rice: Yamada Nishiki (Special A district, top grade) A luxurious sake brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 55%. It has a beautiful and elegant flavor reminiscent of banana and melon, with a soft mouthfeel. Excellent chilled, good warm, and fine hot.
Rice polishing ratio: Koji 55%, Kakemai 60%. Sake meter value: +4, Acidity: 1.4. Rice used: Yamada Nishiki (Special A district, top grade). The initial aroma is elegantly reminiscent of banana and melon. On the palate, it presents a slightly rich sweetness that is gentle and expresses fine texture and smoothness. Despite the richness of the sweetness, the flavor finishes quickly and cleanly. Best served chilled ◎, lukewarm ○, or hot ○.

This junmai sake, pressed in early spring, is pasteurized, rapidly cooled, and stored in refrigeration.
