Opened on August 29th (Yakiniku Day?) It is a restaurant specializing in yakiniku for one person. It is located in the New Shinbashi Building, across the street from Pork Ranch, just after turning SL Plaza in Shinbashi. When I visited the restaurant after 9:00 p.m., there were about 10 people waiting outside, but I was not bothered by it because most of the customers were using set menus or the turnover was fast. When seated, there is one gas roaster per person, and you are separated from the person across from you by a partition, which is good for those who want to eat without worrying about the eyes of others. Chopsticks, hand towels, and menus are stored in a drawer on the table, so although the space is compact, it is nice to know that you don't have to worry about being cramped. Beef tongue & Japanese beef ribs set (100g, 1,260 yen) and 50g each of halami and zabuton as individual items. The meat is brought out immediately after ordering, and all the meat is thinly sliced, perhaps with an eye to customer turnover. Personally, I would have liked the meat to be cut a little thicker except for the beef tongue. It is uncivilized to ask for much in the way of meat quality at this price, but the wagyu kalbi is almost all fat, so avoidance is a safe bet. The average kalbi(?) It is better to eat OTR by quickly grilling the meat over high heat. The free large serving of rice is nice, but the kimchi that looks like a prepared dish from the supermarket and the instant wakame soup need to be of a higher quality. The thing that bothered me the most about the food was the fact that the cold drinks are self-serve. I have eaten yakiniku at many restaurants, but I don't remember this. And while the aisles in the restaurant are never wide and the wait staff are running around, it is a shame that there is only one water server. I would be more than happy if they could at least provide pitchers in several places in the restaurant.

A restaurant specializing in yakiniku for one! I had a chance to go to Shinbashi, so I dropped by! Entered the restaurant around 5pm. It was open on time. I was troubled by the abundant menu, but... I ordered the most popular No.1 Kalbi & Halami + Tan half. It arrived within 3 minutes after ordering! I was surprised at how fast it was! I was so full. I am satisfied. I will go back again!
