Bon Blanc Travel to Kanazawa I was curious about this store before the trip. The store opens at 11:00, but when I visited at around 10:00, the reception desk opened at exactly the right time and I was able to get number 2! (I was so lucky! I made love to her! I had some time before the opening, but it didn't take long to walk around Higashi-chaya-gai! If you scan the QR code, it will tell you the time... When I arrived at the store at the time, there was a huge crowd! I knew it was popular! The restaurant is not very spacious, with the kitchen on the first floor and seating on the second floor. After taking a seat and placing your order, you pay the bill at your seat before your sweets arrive. It's an unusual system, isn't it? After a while, the sweets arrived on a cart. They seem to do the final touches on this cart. I've recently seen more and more stores that do this right in front of you. I'll make love to you after I squeeze out the chestnuts and add the toppings. It's fun to watch the skillful work of the chef! Limited to 40 servings a day! Special parfait limited to 10 servings a day Both are limited!　I'm a sucker for limited editions! The freshly made Mont Blanc has a rich chestnut flavor with a moderate sweetness! Inside is crispy meringue and whipped cream! The parfait is also generous with blackcurrant jelly, mousse, and large chestnuts! One parfait per person was too much and it was hard to finish the second half, but I managed to finish it because it was not sweet. The reception hours seem to vary depending on the day, so be careful! Thank you very much!
