Okinawa's famous Agu pork in shabu-shabu, the iron plate and the royal food of Okinawa. Because it is a staple food, we have paid close attention to the broth and pursued the natural taste to the utmost. Agu pork is rich in fat, but its strength is its light flavor. Please enjoy the full flavor of the strong umami of Agu pork! It also goes well with Okinawan vegetables! Zosui (rice porridge) is also available for the end of the meal! Enjoy our wide selection of sake because we are an izakaya (Japanese style bar)!

The season for year-end and New Year's parties has arrived! We have created a course for those who want to drink delicious sake while enjoying appetizers! Our restaurant, Umamaku, is a comfortable space with a sunken kotatsu (a Japanese style seating area), which makes it easy to talk with customers. The contents of the entrée can be changed if you consult with us in advance, so please feel free to ask us! We will be there for you!
