In the latter half of the Edo period (1603-1867), Japan was inhabited by excellent "vine cattle" known as the three famous vines. It is said that one of them, the "Shusuke Vine," is the ancestor of the world-famous Kobe Beef. The world's oldest vine cattle is called "Take-no-Tani Vine". This course allows you to enjoy pure Japanese Wagyu beef, which more than 99% of Japanese people have never eaten before.
This is a seared yukke-don using Bikumano beef. This is a recommended lunch set that will make you feel the noble sweetness and "this is good meat" when you put it in your mouth. (*Please call us if you would like to combine this lunch set with the Yakiniku Set Lunch.)
