We carefully select special oysters sourced from fishermen and various fishing ports according to the season. Please note that fresh oysters may not be available depending on the season and supply.

The representative is the son of a sea urchin fisherman. With the desire to have delicious sea urchin enjoyed in the Kanto region, we opened our business here in Kanto in 2017. Initially, we focused on local ingredients from Iwate, but now we receive delicious sea urchin from various production areas, including Hokkaido, Aomori, and Iwate's 'Murasaki Uni' and 'Bafun Uni', as well as 'Aka Uni' from Ehime.
It does not mean that there will be a lot of sea urchins. However, we want you to enjoy the precious sea urchins that have come to Shinbashi through the hands of various local fishermen, processors, and people from Toyosu.
