This wine is made from grapes harvested from ancient vines over 20 years old, carefully selected from a region located in the center of the Helan Mountain's eastern foothills in Ningxia. It presents a deep red color like a jewel, with aromas of ripe red fruits, elegant floral notes, and a hint of spiciness. Additionally, it offers a refreshing quality due to its fresh acidity and delicate tannins.
Carefully selected from grapes picked one by one from a region located in the center of the Helan Mountain foothills in Ningxia, northern China. It has typical aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple, guava, and passion fruit.

A domestically sourced whole chicken that has been carefully prepared is marinated overnight in a special sauce, then seasoned with a unique broth. The chicken is stuffed with ingredients, wrapped in lotus leaves, and further secured with clay before being slowly roasted in the oven. The lotus leaves keep the meat tender and prevent the flavors from escaping, resulting in a rich umami taste.
