This umeshu is made only from Hokuriku-grown Benisashi plums and is aged for 2 years using traditional methods.
This is a genuine nigori umeshu blended with plum flesh, based on authentic shochu (kasu-tori shochu and rice shochu) infused with umeshu 'Uguisu Tomari'. It features a gorgeous aroma and a soft mouthfeel, and can be enjoyed on the rocks or with water.
