ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นที่มีบรรยากาศสงบตั้งอยู่ใต้ดินในเมืองคุคุบุน มีเคาน์เตอร์ยาวและที่นั่งโต๊ะ รวมถึงที่นั่งที่สามารถถอดรองเท้าและนั่งสบายได้ ซึ่งสะดวกมาก เมนูส่วนใหญ่ใช้วัตถุดิบจากท้องถิ่น เช่น ซาชิมิ ย่าง ทอด ต้ม และผัด ทุกอย่างทำอย่างพิถีพิถัน ซาชิมิปลาซันมะและปลาซาบะคินคะมีรสชาติสดชื่นและเนื้อสัมผัสที่ละลายในปากทำให้ไม่สามารถหยุดกินได้ ไก่พื้นเมืองฮินาอิย่างและสเต็กก็มีรสชาติอร่อยที่กระจายไปทั่วปาก ทำให้ตะเกียบไม่หยุดนิ่ง เส้นอุด้งอิเนะวะที่เป็นเมนูปิดท้ายก็อร่อยลื่นไหล และบัตเตระที่ไม่ค่อยเห็นในแถวนี้ก็สามารถนำกลับบ้านได้ ซึ่งทำให้รู้สึกดีใจมาก
