A full course meal from hors d'oeuvres to dessert with a full bottle of wine is included in this very reasonable course. You can enjoy the marriage of food and wine, and can choose from a wine list of about 10 items. For those who wish to enjoy a variety of wines, the full bottle can be changed to a marriage set of 3 glasses of wine each. 2 persons can reserve 1 full bottle, 3 persons can reserve 1 bottle plus 1 glass of wine each, and 4 persons can reserve 2 full bottles. This is a course where the main dish of the official course is changed to black wagyu beef. It starts with a small bite-sized hors d'oeuvre, a selection of the chef's hors d'oeuvres that pairs perfectly with wine, today's fresh fish dish delivered from Nagahama Fishing Port in Kyushu, a palate cleanser of ice dessert and granita, grilled premium black wagyu beef (female cattle under 3 years old and not yet given birth) raised by Mr. Furuno in Kurate District, Fukuoka Prefecture, seasonal dessert, coffee, tea, or herbal tea.
