Vinegared Offal: This is boiled pork offal (stomach, intestines, etc.) sliced and marinated in a vinegar mixture. It's a standard snack in Hakata izakayas and pairs well with beer and shochu!! Okuyuto: This is similar to Tokoroten made from seaweed called Egonori, boiled and set into a firm shape. In Hakata, it has been commonly eaten for breakfast for a long time. It's typically enjoyed with bonito flakes and ginger as condiments, dipped in raw soy sauce.
