We welcome you with Japanese cuisine woven with ingredients of the four seasons. Our restaurant is characterized by a simple cooking method that makes the most of the deliciousness of the ingredients. This is a slightly lighter course that allows you to enjoy a carefully selected selection of dishes. The six-course menu, consisting of five dishes and a meal, is prepared with the best seasonal ingredients available on the day, with an emphasis on matching the dishes with alcoholic beverages. This plan is recommended for female diners who prefer a small number of dishes, or for those who prefer to enjoy snacks and drinks with a focus on alcohol. Please take advantage of this plan on weekday evenings when you want to enjoy delicious Japanese cuisine in Ebisu. Sashimi is not included in the course.

This dish features grilled turban shell with a paste made from black squid ink, known as Kurozukuri from Toyama, baked in the oven, served as a snack for alcohol.

Served in a small bowl, this dish features grilled and simmered anago eel, a soft-boiled egg, and pickled shiba, using Toyama's brand rice.
