My friend in Tokyo took me to a conger eel restaurant that is not available in Kansai!

I ordered a medium box.
It was served with two conger eels, so I asked for one grilled conger eel and one boiled conger eel.
I started with the grilled conger eel!
It was so tender that I couldn't believe it was grilled...
But it's not too soft, and it's cooked well!
It's very fragrant!
And the boiled conger eel!
When you put it in your mouth, it melts and disappears!
The broth also comes out from the conger eel.
Then, we put some broth in the leftover bowl and eat it like chazuke (rice with green tea).
It was a delicious change of taste!
My stomach was quite full...

This time, I chose the "Hameso" type! This time, I chose a type called "Meso!
It was small in size, but the owner said it was easy to eat because there were no bones.
