This course offers 20 omakase kushikatsu (skewers) featuring a variety of seasonal ingredients from the sea and the mountains. The best ingredients are encased in the batter to bring out the best flavors in our kushikatsu. One drink is included! This is a special course that includes 20 of our best kushikatsu (including rested skewers) and one drink (beer, lemon sour, or soft drink), although the menu may change depending on the season and our daily purchases. Since our establishment in 1971, we at Mogami have been striving to create a variety of creative ways to incorporate various ingredients into our kushi-katsu. We have deep-fried individual items, and we have also devised combinations of items. We carefully prepare the ingredients to bring out their natural flavors, and we also play with the shape of the skewers to make them visually pleasing. Our skewers are fried with a special blend of oil and skillful techniques. Enjoy your freshly fried skewers with our homemade sauce and condiments.

This is an anniversary plan that includes the best 15-course omakase menu, a message plate and cut cake. Recommended for special occasions. (After the course is over, you can continue the omakase course or order individual dishes. This plan includes one cut cake each. If you would like to change the number of cakes, please inquire in the remarks column or directly to the restaurant.

This course features omakase kushikatsu (skewers) made with a variety of seasonal ingredients from the sea and mountains, as well as A5-rank beef fillet skewers. The best ingredients are encased in the batter to bring out the best flavors in our kushikatsu.
Our restaurant offers a chef's choice course. The chef's choice course includes more than 10 dishes. The condiments are from left to right: salt, black sauce, sesame sauce, and dashi soy sauce. We will present the recommended condiments with the skewer pointed towards them. Please note that after asking if you would like to stop, we may prepare several more dishes. Thank you for your understanding. Single item orders are accepted after the course or for children under 12 years old.
