This is a special course that offers our popular menu featuring our signature lamb dishes and plenty of fresh vegetables at a great price. Enjoy seasonal appetizers and a variety of lamb dishes prepared in different ways to express the deliciousness of lamb.
~assorted plate of 3 kinds of sheep grills~ Lamb shoulder meat, mutton thigh meat, and sheep tsukune skewers. The lamb meat is juicy with some fat, while the mutton has a robust flavor of lean meat. The tsukune skewers are combined with long green onions and ginger, resulting in a soft and refreshing dish. *Additional skewer for ¥350*

~tomato salad~ A dish topped with homemade lamb sumigake (dried and powdered salted lamb). The aroma and umami of the lamb pair excellently with the refreshing tomatoes.
~fried cauliflower and lamb bacon~ We combined fried cauliflower with homemade lamb bacon. The cumin adds a spicy aroma that is addictive.
~seared lamb~ Our most popular menu item. Fresh lamb is carefully cleaned and lightly grilled. Please enjoy the tender and mild flavor that comes from its freshness.
~oyster & lamb tartar~ An original menu combining raw lamb and oysters confit in herb oil. The umami of the oysters and the flavor of the lamb pair well together, creating a dish that cannot be experienced anywhere else.
