During the high season, you can enjoy tiger pufferfish shirako sashimi! Our restaurant sources live tiger pufferfish, ensuring freshness! It melts in your mouth and has a rich flavor.
The large body of tiger pufferfish is grilled with a fragrant soy sauce. Squeezing sudachi enhances the flavor even more.
We source directly from dedicated fishermen who catch over 1000 sweetfish a year, mainly from Gujo. The fish is carefully grilled until crispy and fragrant, including the head. From autumn, please enjoy the sweetfish with roe as well.
