在赤坂参观了好的荞麦面，Shagara，著名的Kanze Sui餐厅的姐妹店。该餐厅是一家时尚的、高天花板的餐厅，有优秀的清酒可供选择。特色菜包括三种开胃菜，包括小海带，以及松茸蒸蛋羹。敲敲打打。这道菜是经典之作：Itawanawa和dashimaki tamago（卷蛋）。大而不甜的鸡蛋，我最喜欢的味道。我想知道为什么我总是在荞麦面馆点这两道菜。再有就是皮鱼配优质胆。胆汁太新鲜了，而且很脆。一道幸福的菜，配上Yubiki。对于荞麦面，我们点了三种荞麦面：柚子切面的福井荞麦面，二八荞麦面和乡村荞麦面。质朴的荞麦面和乌龙面一样厚实牢固。它与浓汤完美搭配。就个人而言，我更喜欢这里的Nihachi Soba。它的香味和硬度非常好，以至于我迷上了它，以至于我没有喝肉汤，而是加了更多。方便地在周六和周日营业。考虑到服务、原料和气氛，价格也很合理。我还会再去的。
