A well-known legendary sake. This exquisite product is a Daiginjo Junmai sake that has been aged for a long time at low temperatures, with a rich aroma that spreads beautifully in the mouth.
'Ishidaya' is also said to be a legendary sake. This exquisite product is carefully crafted using a method called 'dobin-gakoi', where the pressed sake is aged in a one-shaku bottle. We also keep this in stock year-round at Kanzeisui. If you are a sake lover, I believe this is a drool-worthy drink.
