We serve the sirloin of black wagyu beef raw, presented in a marbled state. After you enjoy the visual presentation, we will grill it right in front of you.
We will cook fresh live lobster right in front of you. The lobster miso sauce is exquisite. Also, enjoy the performance on the teppan.
This is the central part of the tenderloin of carefully selected A5 Wagyu beef, known as Chateaubriand. Please enjoy the flavorful cubed steak cooked to your preferred doneness. It is a very rare cut, so there is a limit of 400g per day, and it may sell out. Thank you for your understanding.
We grill fresh live abalone from our aquarium right in front of you on a hot plate and serve it with a sauce made from rock seaweed.
