April's mixed rice using Hitomebore from Miyagi Prefecture, cherry sea bream and udon, sea bream miso ¥4200, cherry shrimp and grilled bamboo shoots ¥4500, oysters and bacon, celery ¥4800. We will make rice balls for souvenirs!
Using Hitomebore rice from Miyagi Prefecture, we simply serve it as silver rice with side dishes and miso soup, and as a souvenir rice ball!
