Ich habe ein privates Zimmer reserviert, daher war es ruhig und geräumig, und ich konnte mein Essen in Ruhe genießen. Das Tonkatsu war dick und zart und sehr lecker. Ich habe ein Miso-Katsu-Set bestellt, und es war gut, dass es viel Miso und Frühlingszwiebeln gab. Wenn ich nach Nagahama gehe, möchte ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es scheint ein beliebtes Restaurant zu sein, daher ist eine Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich.

The atmosphere of the room and the atmosphere of the restaurant were both wonderful. Since it was a private room, I was able to enjoy a delicious meal at a leisurely pace. The duck roast shabu-shabu was my first experience, and it was delicious; the tsukune surprised me about three times! The funazushi I ordered additionally was just perfect as a side dish for sake! I regret not being able to drink sake because I had to drive. The service from the staff was also excellent. Thank you very much.

This was my first time eating duck sukiyaki and it was extremely delicious. Various parts of the meat and tsukune (skewers with the whole cartilage ground up) were served and cooked with vegetables in a slightly sweet broth in a copper pot. The cooking was done by the restaurant staff with careful explanation. It was my first time to try natural duck, but the meat was very tasty and had no unpleasant habits at all. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and the staff's service was excellent. This is a restaurant where you can comfortably enjoy natural duck sukiyaki.
