**Dinner is available only as a course meal during the summer period from July and the winter period starting in December.**
During off-peak times, à la carte options may be available. When à la carte is possible, you can choose to reserve just a seat.
If you have any food allergies, please indicate them in the request section.
Requests for allergies or foods you cannot eat made on the day will result in a reduced number of dishes being served.
Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.

- We regret to inform you that children under 12 years old are not allowed.
- Reservations for those who cannot eat raw fish are not accepted. We also cannot accommodate vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, kosher, halal, etc.
- Credit card information provided at the time of reservation will only be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation date. Payment will be made at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
- Please refrain from excessive use of perfume.

Dieses Sushi-Restaurant befindet sich in der Touristenregion Niseko und bietet frische Meeresfrüchte, die aus ganz Hokkaido sorgfältig ausgewählt werden. Der Inhaber verwendet Zutaten, die er persönlich auf dem Markt in Sapporo ausgewählt hat, und bringt den Umami-Geschmack durch Reifetechniken zur Geltung. Die exquisite Kombination aus frischen Zutaten, die direkt von den lokalen Fischereihäfen bezogen werden, und dem mit rotem Essig gemischten Sushi-Reis ist ein besonderes Merkmal.
