All condiments, including XO sauce and ketchup, are homemade. The umami of fermented condiments is naturally created during the manufacturing process, adding depth to the dishes. Extracting the natural flavors of the ingredients without relying on chemical seasonings is the essence of Tai Long.
We use fresh vegetables from the owner's hometown, Ranokoshi Town, seasonal fresh fish caught in nearby waters, and pork from Nayoro City's 'Sunflower Field Pork,' incorporating abundant ingredients nurtured in Hokkaido's rich nature. The owner, whose family runs a farm, also receives local vegetables from parents and friends. We prepare dishes that highlight the original flavors and textures of the ingredients.
