We use fresh vegetables from the owner's hometown of Ranokoshi Town, seasonal fresh fish caught in nearby waters, and pork from Nayoro City's 'Sunflower Field Pork,' incorporating abundant ingredients nurtured in Hokkaido's rich nature. The owner, whose family runs a farm, also receives local vegetables from parents and friends. We enhance the original flavors and textures of the ingredients to create exquisite dishes.
Reservation is required at least 3 business days in advance. For example, if you want to eat on Saturday, please make a reservation by Wednesday. If you want to eat on Monday, since it falls on a regular holiday, please make a reservation by the previous Thursday. Starting from July 2026, we also began offering a half-size option (7,000 yen).
