We process whole chickens shipped directly from Hinai-cho, Akita Prefecture, in our restaurant. We carefully prepare skewers and grill them over charcoal according to the number of customers visiting the restaurant, taking care to keep them fresh enough to eat as sashimi. To finish off the meal, we serve zosui (rice porridge) made from mizutaki soup stock condensed with the flavor of Hinai Jidori chicken and served with our special Shotsutsuyu (Japanese soup stock). We also offer an all-you-can-drink menu including Akita Junmai Sake, premium draft beer, shochu, and other beverages. Please enjoy our popular dishes.
The course consists of the largest number of 11 dishes, including four pieces of Hinai chicken yakitori and the ultimate oyakodon (mini-sized), in which the meat, egg, and broth are all made from Hinai chicken. This robust course, which includes Abeya's signature oyakodon, is recommended for business entertainment, anniversary dinners, and special occasion dinners. Includes 2 hours of all-you-can-drink. +You can also order the premium all-you-can-drink option for an additional ¥1,000, or just the meal for ¥5,500.
The star of the show is kiritanpo nabe, a dish in which the broth is made from natural water from Hinai-machi, Akita Prefecture. Two grilled Hinai chicken and char-grilled log shiitake mushrooms are added for a total of 10 dishes, and the dish is finished with Inaniwa udon noodles. This is a great choice for those seeking authentic local cuisine during the fall and winter nabe season, or for gatherings related to the Tohoku region. All-you-can-drink for 2 hours. +You can also order only the meal for ¥5,500.
