The pure white soup, boiled for 6 hours with chicken bones, is exquisite! It can be made from a single small pot!
The eel is swimming and then immediately grilled after being filleted! It is a crispy and fragrant dish cooked in the Kansai style. The eel rice is also addictive (lol)
The chirashi sushi at this restaurant is not topped with kinshi tamago, but with dashimaki tamago! And on top of that, it is generously topped with fresh ingredients of the day, which is irresistible!!
