Please enjoy the delicious red meat of Oita Wagyu beef and green onions in shabu-shabu. We use the highest quality "Rishiri kelp" for the broth.
Fresh Oita Wagyu beef hormone and hana-sansho (Japanese pepper) are used in this refreshing bonito-flavored motsu nabe.
We use weakly acidic hypochlorous acid water for cleaning and disinfection.
We have placed ethanol-based disinfectants at the entrance and in the restrooms. Please feel free to use them.

Bungo beef is the finest masterpiece of black-haired Wagyu, nurtured in the rich nature of Oita Prefecture, with a history and proven track record. It is characterized by its rich flavor and melt-in-your-mouth taste. Only black-haired cattle under 36 months of age in Oita Prefecture, with a meat quality grade of 2 or higher, are called 'Oita Bungo Beef.' The pedigree of the breeding bulls that influence meat quality has received national recognition, including awards such as the Emperor's Prize and the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award. In 2017, it won the Prime Minister's Award in the breeding bull category at the 11th National Wagyu Ability Competition.
