This is a special course that includes our best skewers and white asparagus, and finishes with stir-fried rice (curry flavor), which has been popular at the owner's family's yakitori restaurant for over 60 years. If there is anything you do not like, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Our so-called Negima (regular yakitori) is made by mixing thigh and breast meat. Two different flavors spread in your mouth. *'Kashiwa' is the term for chicken meat in the Kansai region. Originally, chicken and duck meat entered the Kanto region from the Kansai region, and Yakitori Brochette still values that food culture by using that name.
Please try our Yakitori Brochette's grilled chicken skin. You should feel how delicious chicken skin can be. Although it is a part with a lot of fat, we try to remove as much fat as possible (while keeping the important juices), so you can taste only the umami. We mainly grill it with salt, but the sauce is also incredibly delicious. Please enjoy it.
Our Yakitori Brochette gizzards are carefully selected for their size. Gizzards seen in yakitori restaurants are generally small and often well cooked. Please try our gizzards, we believe you will be pleased with their juiciness and tenderness. Please enjoy.
Our chicken hearts are carefully selected for their fatty richness. When grilled with salt, you will notice the difference in taste. While many of our heart-loving customers prefer to order them with salt, they are also truly delicious with sauce. Please try it once.
Our quail eggs come in a set of four.
