This month's omakase course, available only from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Seasonal degustation with carefully selected seasonal delicacies and the essence of Basque cuisine. From the amuse to the coffee, you will enjoy a variety of 9 dishes with a little bit of quality that only an omakase course can offer.

Prosciutto made from Kintoa pork (Basque pork) dried and aged with natural southern winds in the village of Aldudes in the Basque region (Le Pays de Kintoa). Half size 1430 yen
Main Dish
The traditional Basque dish 'Pil Pil' is made by slowly cooking salt cod in low-temperature olive oil with a small amount of garlic and chili, and served with a sauce that emulsifies the flavors extracted from the olive oil and the cod. Its simple yet rich taste is so profound that a Pil Pil competition is held locally, and it is said to be a difficult dish to prepare. Side dish: seasonal boiled vegetables 550 yen
