Seafood-centric French bistro Äta is a French bistro that focuses on seafood cuisine. Äta is based on the concept of a bistro in a European port town, The interior of the restaurant is cute, casual, and relaxing. Here is what I ordered. Aioli with shrimp and vegetables (800 yen) Aioli (mayonnaise sauce with a little garlic) is a fluffy sauce that I had for the first time and it was delicious. It also looks gorgeous. Black truffle, mussel and cauliflower cocotte (2,700 yen) The truffle is shaved right in front of your eyes! From the inside, there is plenty of cauliflower, shellfish, and eggs. This is a favorite dish with its unusual combination of textures and fun, and the hot cheese is irresistible. Roasted wild boar (4,200 yen) Not only seafood, but also meat dishes are outstandingly delicious and not to be underestimated! Not many restaurants serve wild boar, so if you can find it on the menu, be sure to try it. The fatty meat is light and the more you chew, the more the flavor of the meat spreads. A dish using a heaping pile of potatoes and muscle is also served as an accompaniment.

Quality lamb meat, the more you chew, the better it tastes! ✨ It also goes great with mustard! 🙆🙆 It was quite a big portion, but it was too delicious to finish with room to spare 😋! ▪️ mackerel prosciutto buffalo mozzarella 🐟🧀. Mackerel & cured ham & mozzarella cheese...... and what a melon🍈! 😳 I don't know if such a combination goes well together❓❓🤔 Sorry...it's crazy delicious! 😂 I could eat as many as I wanted! 🤤 ▪️ swordtip squid scallion zucchini Squid 🦑 is the best! 🙌🙌 The zucchini is juicy and what's more, the celery on top of the first is delicious! 👍 The spicy flavor makes it a good snack for drinks! 🍾🍷 The food log 4 points & bronze 🥉 is not a date! 💪. Good food, (moderately) stylish atmosphere, and very comfortable! 👌 This was a great restaurant that I would recommend to anyone! ❤️

Das versteckte Fischbistro „Äta“ in Daikanyama ist ein Michelin-empfohlener Geheimtipp, der zwischen Shibuya und Daikanyama liegt. Eine Reservierung ist unbedingt erforderlich, da es sehr beliebt ist. Das Aushängeschild „Thunfisch-Nacken (1500 Yen)“ ist eine einzigartige Vorspeise, bei der gegrillte Thunfischbacken und -kopf in Käse und Salat eingewickelt und mit der Hand gegessen werden. „Aioli (1100 Yen und mehr)“ ist ein unterhaltsames Gericht im südeuropäischen Stil, bei dem Garnelen mit Schale und gedämpfte Austern in einer speziellen Knoblauchsoße gedippt werden. Als Hauptgericht ist „Ata's Bouillabaisse (3600 Yen)“ absolut empfehlenswert. Frischer saisonaler Fisch, Miesmuscheln, Tintenfisch und Garnelen werden auf einer großen Platte serviert, und das Erlebnis, die Schalen mit der Hand zu öffnen und herzhaft zu essen, ist einfach großartig. Nachdem man gegessen hat, ist es ein Muss, die übrig gebliebene Suppe in ein Risotto (500 Yen) zu verwandeln. Die hohe Qualität der Gerichte sorgt dafür, dass man sich nicht sattessen kann, selbst wenn man nur Meeresfrüchte bestellt.
