Our omakase course is based on seasonal Japanese ingredients and includes a wide variety of seafood.
◆We are able to accommodate:
• Guests with gluten allergy or celiac disease
• Certain food allergies (such as dairy or shellfish). Please contact us before booking.
If you have a shellfish allergy, please let us know whether crustaceans (shrimp and crab) are acceptable.
• Pescatarians (meat will be omitted. Dairy products and eggs are still used.)
• Guests who do not eat meat for religious reasons.

• Rice allergy
• Soy allergy
• Guests who cannot eat seafood or fish in general
• Vegan requests

Light and Airy Gluten-Free Kushiage in Ginza
The batter, uniquely blended with rice flour and other ingredients, is surprisingly light, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through in each kushiage served. Each dish is carefully crafted to consider those with wheat allergies, featuring aromas and textures that change with the seasons, completely redefining the impression of fried foods.
